Billing Procedures


You will be billed each month for the electricity you used. Payments must be received in the office on or before the due date to avoid late charges. We do offer a variety of payment options.

Amounts unpaid by the due date are subject to a 4% late penalty. Accounts with unpaid balances are subject to disconnection for non-payment after 30 days.

Pioneer's established billing process and payment schedule is of the most benefit when all members adhere to it. However, when some members fail to comply by not paying bills on time, it costs the entire membership. To alleviate the burden on members who are conscientious about their payments, penalty charges are assessed to members who fail to comply.
