Pioneer offers a budget billing plan to its members who would like consistent payment amounts each month. This plan takes a 12-month history of kWh usage, divides by twelve and arrives at a fixed monthly charge. The plan's billing year ends in June for cycles 3 and 4 or July for cycles 1 and 2, which is the "catch-up" month. To qualify your account must be current.

Each month's bill will show the actual kWh and fuel costs, along with the credit or debit in relation to your actual charges versus your budget bill amount.

During the "catch-up" month, any funds paid in excess of the actual charges will be credited to your account. Likewise, any deficiency will be due at that time. To request Budget Billing, please click here for an application, or contact us with your questions.
