  • $1,000 incentive for homes built with an installed geothermal system
  • $700 incentive for homes built with an installed air source heat pump system
  • Rate discount of $0.020 per kWh between 1000 and 2000 KWH whole house use each month.  (Maximum of $20.00 a month.)

  • 21 free 75 watt equivalent CFL bulbs
