Option 1: Pioneer Connect
You can now pay your Pioneer Electric Cooperative bill on the internet. You may use a check, credit or debit card.
Option 2: Traditional Mail
Your monthly bill from Pioneer Electric
Cooperative may be paid by mail. Payment envelopes are included with your monthly
billing statement.
Option
3: Pay In Person
Payments may be made in person at either the Piqua or Urbana office.
The Urbana office has a 24-hour
drive-up depository in the parking lot. Envelopes are available. A walk-up depository
is located inside the building as well.
The Piqua office also has a walk-up depository at the front entrance for after-hours
payments.

note the drive-in and walk-up depositories are for CHECKS ONLY.
Option
4: U.S. Bank
All Shelby County locations of U.S. Bank will accept your Pioneer payment.

5: Credit Card
Pioneer accepts credit
cards (MasterCard or VISA only) for payment of services. You may pay with credit
card by visiting our office, calling us during business hours (weekdays 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m.) or by entering your payment information on your bill statement to be
mailed.
We also
offer a convenient service through our credit card payment option. You can make
your payment automatically by signing up for Express
Credit Card Plan. You will receive a statement each month from
Pioneer to let you know how much your bill is. On the due date of each month the
amount of your net bill will be charged to your credit card.
To
start the Express Credit Card Plan
you must follow these instructions:

Option
6: Electronic Direct Payment
You can make your payment automatically by signing up for Direct
Payment. Your bill will always be paid on time, even if you are out
of town or on vacation. You will save on postage, and you will no longer be bothered
with writing checks or be concerned about checks getting lost in the mail.
You
will receive a statement each month from Pioneer to let you know how much your
bill is, so you can record the amount in your checkbook. On the due date of each
month, the amount of your net bill will be deducted from your checking account.
