New Pioneer Office Building in Urbana

If you’ve traveled down Three Mile road recently, you should have noticed some exciting changes. The construction of the Urbana district office of Pioneer Electric is well under way. The overall project is now 47% complete, with several individual phases finished or almost finished. The building is under roof with siding, insulation, doors and windows. Masons have moved inside the building to erect the walls between offices and the garage area and the mezzanine is being constructed in the garage. The interior framing for walls is up and the ductwork is being installed throughout the building too.

We are very excited as it will offer many nice amenities from the convenient drive-thru service window and night depository to the emergency operations center which will also be available to serve as a meeting room for members of our community. Over the next few months, this 15,000 square foot building will continue to take shape.
