Members may also be eligible to receive a guaranteed rate discount of $0.015 per KWH between 1000 and 2000 KWH whole house usage each month. (Maximum of $15.00 a month.) You must have a 50 gallon or larger electric water heater with a radio-controlled switch to receive the rate discount. The discount is guaranteed through 2008.
