Members may be eligible to receive a guaranteed rate discount of $0.020 per KWH between 1000 and 2000 KWH whole house use each month. (Maximum of $20.00 a month.) You must have a 50 gallon or larger electric water heater with a radio-controlled switch to receive the rate discount. Members must also participate in our Cool Returns Program which will also make you eligible for a one time bill credit of $100.
