Members have many options when it’s time to pay their bill, but Pioneer recommends avoiding third-party payment processing websites.
The co-op has received calls in the past from members concerned that they received late fees because their bills were not paid in a timely basis through various websites, but most recently using a website called doxo.
If a member clicks on the doxo site, they are taken to a website that has Pioneer's contact information including address, phone number, e-mail, etc. Doxo, despite having accurate co-op information, is not affiliated with Pioneer in any way.
Often, third-party sites, like doxo charge additional service fees and do not always make the payment on the same day, which could result in your payment being late and your power being disconnected unexpectedly.
